Shipping Information

We typically ship out all orders the next business day.  All orders will get an email confirmation when shipped with tracking information, as well as email notification of delivery confirmation.

FYI, Stomagear uses UPS to ship all of our orders.  Only exception is if you have a PO Box, the USPS option is available. You will soon find UPS shipping options at checkout at discounted rates.  UPS Ground is the most economical and reaches most parts of the USA in 2-3 days.  See UPS Ground shipping speed map below:

 

USPS Priority is available for those who have a PO Box in the USA.

Please note for International Orders: Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the USA may be subject to import taxes, customs tariffs, and fees levied by the destination country or the shipping company. These charges are the customer's responsibility and will be billed by the delivery company. We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate them. Tariffs and taxes are neither collected nor included in your price calculation at the time of your order; for an estimate of these fees, which vary by region, contact the customs office in your area. When customs-clearance procedures are required, they can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Stomagear, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Shipping to Canada (at the time of delivery you could be subject to additional taxes or fees such as VAT and clearance fees. Check with your local carrier for more information.)

Once you completed your purchase, you will get an email within minutes confirming your order (make sure you don't have any typos in your email address or shipping address!). Then within 2 business days, another email will go out once the shipping label has been created with your tracking number. The tracking information on the website will be updated within 24 hours once the carrier accepts the package.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any taxes and import duties. No refunds of uncollected customs packages.
